Dandelion syrup!

If you liked the dandelion tea, you will love dandelion syrup!
I will take you through the steps:

Makes around 1 to 2 cups
1 1/2 cups of dandelion petals
honey
lemon juice (around half a lemon)
(optional) orange juice

OK, here are the instructions:

1. Gather 100 dandelion FLOWERS(they must be yellow, preferably before the buds open)
2. Extract all of the flower petals from the buds
3. Once you have about 1 and a half cups of the petals, put them in a pot with 3 cups of water
4. Bring it to a simmer, turn off the heat, cover them, and let them sit overnight
5. Strain the dandelion water into a bowl(press on the petals to extract the liquid)
6. Return the water to the pot (without the petals) and add honey, lemon juice, and if you want, you can also add orange juice.
7. Simmer over low heat, until it thickens
8. allow it to cool, and store it in a covered jar in the fridge

That is it! hope it worked for you!
